By the grace of Almighty Allah, RMU had completed 50 years journey of excellence in Medical Education, Research, and Service to ailing Humanity. To celebrate the Golden Jubilee Year 2023, various activities have been planned. This includes an International Scientific Conference with the theme “A 50 Years Journey of Excellence in Medical Education and Beyond”. This conference is scheduled to take place from 17th-23rd Dec 2023. Our faculty, with the full support of both the national and global alumni, has worked selflessly to elevate their alma mater to University status that is a stupendous achievement in itself. This international conference will be jointly organized by RMU, APPNA(USA), RMCAANA(USA), APPNEE(UK), Australia and Newzeland Alumni, Rawalians, and Pakistan Academy of family physicians.

Rawalpindi Medical University is committed to advancing medical education, research, and healthcare in the region. Hosting an international conference of this magnitude aligns with our institution’s vision of fostering academic collaboration, and providing a platform for experts from various disciplines to share their knowledge and insights.

The conference will encompass a wide range of topics related to Medical Profession, Artificial Intelligence, Health Economics and Health Care Innovation. It will bring together renowned experts, researchers, and scholars from across the globe. Experts from different organizations including Health Services Academy (HSA), National Institute of Health (NIH), Pakistan Medical Research Council (PMRC), Pakistan Science Foundation(PSF), Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP), Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Health Departments of Federal and Punjab Government will also attend this conference. This event will serve as an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas, networking, and the dissemination of cutting-edge research findings.
