Providing excellent attendee services is crucial for the success of any international conference. Here are some essential services offered to participants of the 6th International scientific Conference:

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN:

  • Efficient online registration process will be available.
  • On-site registration desk for last-minute attendees will also be available.
  • Name badges and conference materials will be provided upon check-in.
INFORMATION DESK

  • A dedicated information desk to assist attendees with queries.
  • Provide maps, schedules, and program guides.
ACCOMMODATION / TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE:

  • Recommendations for nearby hotels, lodging and transport options is available on web site.
  • Assistance with booking accommodations for international participants will be provided through facilitation desk and coordinators.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

On-site technical support for AV equipment and presentation materials will be available on facilitation desk. Access  to Wi-Fi will be provided to national and international participants.
CATERING:

Working tea and lunch on 18th and 19th Dec 2023 (core CME conference) will be included in registration
POSTER AND EXHIBIT SPACE:

Separate space will be allocated for poster presentations and exhibitors.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT:

Attendees will be Encourage to share their experiences on social media and create event-specific hashtags and engage with participants online.
